Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme is operated by NOC Hong Kong Limited (“NOC”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The Programme shall only be valid within the Hong Kong SAR and at physical NOC stores within the territory. By applying for Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme membership, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them; you further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of Hong Kong), and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

  • Definitions
    1. ”Membership Card” means the digital card issued to you upon successful registration with the Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme.
    2. “Credit” refers to the money loaded onto the Membership Card.
    3. “Points” means the points awarded to you based on net purchases at NOC stores.
    4. “Effective Period” means the 12 months following the membership effective date, upgrade date or renewal date.
    5. “Stores” means physical retail outlets operated by NOC in Hong Kong
  • Application for Membership
    1. Application for Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme (“member”, including all membership tiers) is free upon filling in the required information on the registration form provided by NOC, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. No membership fee and minimum spending are required for membership registration.
    2. If an application is successful, the applicant will be issued one Membership Card on the mobile application.
    3. Applicants must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud.
    4. Members can check their purchase and points record upon successful registration at the mobile application.
    5. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer’s/member’s omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with their updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.
  • Membership, Member Discounts, Credits & Validity
    1. Membership Card must be presented upon transaction to earn points. You can register 1 point for every HKD 1 spent; every 500 points collected can be spent as HKD 20 in any NOC location in Hong Kong.
    2. The three (3) tiers of membership in Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme (namely: Caffeinator, Collaborator and Curator) are determined by the amount and frequency of top-up activities within a twelve (12) months’ period:
      1. Tier 1: Caffeinator
        By registering and downloading a Membership Card, you will be automatically enrolled into the tier of Caffeinator. 250 points will be offered;
      2. Tier 2: Collaborator
        A 5% discount will be applied on the purchase of all items in NOC stores. With a top-up credit spending of over HKD 5,000 within 12 months, you will proceed to the tier as Collaborator. Members with this tier are entitled to the exclusive promotion events and rewards offered by NOC;
      3. Tier 3: Curator
        A 10% discount can be applied on the purchase of all items in NOC stores. A top-up credit spending of at least HKD $10,000 within 12 months, you will proceed to the tier as Curator. Members with this tier are entitled to the exclusive promotion events and rewards offered by NOC.
    3. Membership Card will automatically expire if no purchase has been recorded in the past 12 months; in this case all unused stored credit will be automatically forfeited. Effective period refers to the 12 months following the membership effective date, upgrade date or renewal date. Membership accumulative spending will be automatically reset to zero at the end of the effective period.
    4. Membership upgrades and downgrades are automatically handled by the system. Members cannot choose to be upgraded or not to be downgraded.
    5. Once you have reached a specific tier within Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that tier only. However, you must continue to accumulate spending in order to maintain your tier level.
    6. Members should check and update their electronic card before payment to ensure an efficient payment process.
    7. Spending records and points will normally be issued and updated within 36 hours of purchase, except for specified promotions.
    8. Credits and points in the card are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-divisible and non-transferable; all unused balance will be forfeited when membership expires and cannot be used in combination with different Membership Cards.
    9. HKD 100 is the minimum value storable per Membership Card. Value must be added in multiples of HKD 100. The top-up service is available at physical stores in Hong Kong only. Payment using stored credit is also applicable to transactions at physical stores in Hong Kong only. If the card balance is insufficient to pay the required transaction, the card can be used in combination with cash, credit cards, EPS or Octopus card to settle the rest of the payment.
  • General
    1. This Membership Card, points, credits and any other form of rewards are valid until the foreseeable future.
    2. Your Personal Data provided will be used by NOC Coffee Co. for which it is collected and for other directly related purposes, including but not limited to: direct marketing purposes by providing news updates on our products, services and promotional events or other marketing materials.
    3. NOC Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
