Made famous by our neighbours a stone’s throw away in Bali, Buddha Bowls are as nourishing and punching with flavour as they are colourful. And the best part? Our buddha bowls are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Resident NOC Head Chef, Patrick, wanted to keep everyone’s go-to brunch ingredients – including avocado and kale – and pair it with yummy season vegetables, topped with a light drizzling of homemade sesame dressing. He then loads them with a good serving of slow energy releasing quinoa and chickpeas to keep you going through the day.

It’s more than just a new brunch menu option: our buddha bowls reflect the clean and minimalist aesthetic of NOC’s design ethos, leaving the bare ingredients to stand alone in their freshness and flavour.
