Supergreen Soup

For those of us who still crave a bit of warmth in the lead up to summer, our new supergreen soup is the perfect dish to cozy up to. Our head chef has combined the heartiness of potato and leek, and lightened it up with the smooth flavour of avocado and the freshness of kale. Clean it all up with a serving of sourdough toast.

Loaded Potato Waffle

The Loaded Potato Waffle is our take on a North American breakfast staple. We’ve packed our waffle mix full of mashed potato and parmesan cheese – it’s so good it could be eaten on its own. But we couldn’t stop there; to make it complete, we’re serving it with fresh slices of avocado, and a cooked-to-perfection sunny-side-up fried egg. This new dish is a perfect union of crispy and creamy textures.

Scramble Crab Toast

For a dish that is as lean and protein-packed as it is delicately delicious, look no further than our gourmet scrambled crab toast. We fold together egg whites and fresh caught crab, season it to perfection, then add in crisp spinach leaves at the last minute to give it a pop of colour.
