Be on Cloud Nine this Spring: Introducing our New Beverages

As we step into the month of February and embrace warmer weather, there is no doubt that spring is here. Not only does the season bless the earth with spring showers and new life, but it also brings us one of the most anticipated festivals of the year: Lunar New Year. Even though we will need to avoid gatherings and keep our community safe by following social distancing measures here in Hong Kong, we would still like to keep the CNY spirits alive by introducing two seasonal drinks we created for spring, alongside a few refreshing additions to our regular beverage menu.

From our Seasonal Drinks Menu: Cloud Nine Coffee and Cloud Nine Tea

Springtime calls for rejuvenating beverages that are flavourful yet light on the palate: both served with a fluffy yet semisweet whipped cream cheese topping, our seasonal drinks Cloud Nine Coffee and Cloud Nine Tea are just that.

For those of you who will be going on your first hikes in the year of the Ox, Cloud Nine Coffee, a nutty, full-bodied iced Black brewed with our No.18 house blend, would be the perfect pre-hike energy booster. If you are looking for a post-feast palate cleanser, Cloud Nine Tea would be the perfect drink for you.

Our New Fizzpresso, Lemonade and Iced Tea

While we worked on creating the seasonal drinks for spring, we also took the time to freshen up our regular drinks menu. The new, citrusy Fizzpresso now features our fresh, homemade lemonade, paired with a full-bodied double espresso brewed with our No.18 house blend.

Although it is our ultimate goal to serve an elevated coffee experience, we understand that not everyone likes caffeine, and we believe in curating a beverage menu that caters to everyone. To offer something new to our non-coffee drinkers in the new year, we have added a homemade Lemonade and a new Iced Tea to our beverage menu. Our Lemonade is freshly squeezed from lemons every day, whilst the delicate, naturally sweet Iced Tea is cold brewed with a beautiful infusion of green honeybush, fruits and dried flowers, making it a delightful beverage on its own.

We will be open from 10am throughout Lunar New Year to serve these lovely drinks, and of course, our coffee and brunch menu items – on behalf of the NOC team, we wish you a healthy, prosperous year ahead, and we look forward to welcoming you into our spaces this long weekend.
