Resident NOC Head Chef, Patrick, wanted to keep everyone’s go-to brunch ingredients – including avocado and kale – and pair it with yummy season vegetables, topped with a light drizzling of homemade sesame dressing. He then loads them with a good serving of slow energy releasing quinoa and chickpeas to keep you going through the day.
It’s more than just a new brunch menu option: our buddha bowls reflect the clean and minimalist aesthetic of NOC’s design ethos, leaving the bare ingredients to stand alone in their freshness and flavour.
This is a dish best served cold. So we like to keep it in good company by serving it with a single-origin pour over with a dash of dairy-free Oatly milk.
