At NOC, we strive to maintain an unparalleled coffee experience by refreshing our offerings seasonally. This September, we are excited to launch a few additions to our homemade pastry menu.

We have carefully selected a few of our favourite beverages to pair with the new pastries for you to indulge in:

Slow-cooked Garlic Bacon Tart
Prepared with the finest whole garlic cloves, simmered for a gentle 6 hours to perfection. Combined with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon crumbles, this tart is a true savoury delight.

Hazelnut Swirl

Savour on the blend of Madagascar vanilla and our homemade apple filling. Sweet, tangy, and visually captivating in a crescent shape, it offers a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Pairing suggestion: Single Origin Mocha
Indulge in the sweet aroma of our chocolate coffee made with 68% Nyangbo dark ground chocolate from Ghana while savouring the refreshing tang of vanilla apple for brew-tiful tea time.

Toffee Croissant Cube
The 144-layered croissant cube is irresistibly flaky and airy, carefully crafted with a luscious homemade caramelized toffee paste at its core. It is elegantly finished with a dusting of cocoa powder, adding an Instagram-worthy touch to this delectable treat.

Pairing suggestion: Black Coffee
The rich and velvety black coffee seamlessly blends with the indulgent caramelized toffee, resulting in a harmonious and utterly irresistible combination.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake
Indulge in our luscious 70% single-origin chocolate glaze and tender-moist chocolate cake. Topped with homemade salted caramel sauce and a medley of crunchy nuts, it satisfies every chocoholic’s craving.

Pairing suggestion: Fruity Rooibos Tea
Preserving the distinct taste of chocolate without overpowering it. It brings a delightful touch of sweetness, allowing you to relish each bite of the cake.
